Refund policy

RETURN & REFUNDS
Customers may sometimes purchase products and then realize later they don't need products or incorrect for their application. If this is the case please contact us immediately. Please be aware if you changed mind after item is shipped 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refund. Also if item is purchased through Ebay, those final value fees and PayPal fees will also be deducted. Returns are valid within 30 days of purchase and refunds processed accordingly. Please note, Special Order items are non-refundable as these need to be ordered when purchase is made. Products must be authorized by us for return before customer ships package to Gear Driven LLC and must be in original condition when returned. No Products will be accepted after 30 days; however, if applicable returned products during 30 day period will be subjected to 10% restocking fee. 

PAYPAL REFUNDS
Please understand that payments for selling goods or services that are later refunded or invalidated for any reason being purchase in error, changed mind etc .. Gear Driven LLC is responsible for the full amount in FEES for the associated payment transaction. So whenever a transaction is refunded or otherwise reversed, PayPal will not refund the transaction FEES to Gear Driven LLC. Customers must be aware that FEES will be deducted from refunded amount due to PayPal Refund Policy.

PAYMENTS
PayPal, Credit Cards, ApplePay, Zelle and ShopPay are other options available to customers when making purchases.

CREDIT CARDS
Please be aware that Credit Card fees are paid by Gear Driven LLC when customers place orders. Sometimes orders get canceled or returned but the customer because of he/she no longer wants product. Gear Driven LLC will refund payment but processing fees are Non-Refundable. Gear Driven LLC accepts most major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover) and processing is handles by 3rd party merchant solution - Shopify
Shopify processes in 24-48 hours. All purchases will start processing after payment has settled from merchant services. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number that corresponds with your credit card company in order for checkout to be successful. Order will be declined by credit card processor if this information is incorrect. Credit Card orders must be shipped to billing address ONLY. Exceptions will only be made for special request cases. Note: Credit Card statements will reflect charges from Gear Driven LLC, if there is any discrepancy or unclear information contact us immediately. In some cases based on our merchant processing verification responses, we may require customers to verify their identity when using Credit Cards.

FLORIDA SALES TAX
Gear Driven LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax (Florida 6%) for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Florida.
